1. No Refunds After Credit Purchase

All purchases of credit packs are final. Once credits are purchased, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, reversals, or credits back to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to all credit purchases made through Interview Prompter, including purchases made via our website, app, or payment processors.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Unused credits
  • Partially used credits
  • Accidental purchases made by the account holder
  • Failure to use the Service after purchase
  • Feature preference changes or dissatisfaction with outcomes

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may suspend account access while the dispute is under review. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we may recover associated costs to the extent allowed by law.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate successful charges for the same intended purchase), contact us with transaction details so we can investigate and, where appropriate, apply a corrective adjustment.
